Compassionate care for those who feel stuck, unfulfilled, disconnected, or distressed.
From time to time, we all feel at odds with where we want to be and in need support to reconnect with our core values, strengths, and authentic selves. That can look like building new habits, working through a big decision or transition, or processing past trauma in order to live life with clarity and meaning. Counselling provides a safe space to explore these issues, and I will bring in tools and resources as needed. Using a warm, collaborative approach grounded in evidence-based therapy, I guide clients toward clarity and meaningful change.
I work with clients to help manage stress, build confidence, improve relationships, and focus on their mental wellbeing - including support for: - anxiety - depression - burnout - life transitions - trauma - interpersonal relationships - and other struggles
My goal is simple - to offer a safe, grounded space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore what matters, and build the kind of life that feels meaningful, not just tolerable.

A bit about me:
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) licensed through the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), and I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University in Vancouver. I have additional specialized training in trauma and trauma-informed care, EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Re-Processing) therapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy, and other areas of interest. My work with clients has been focused accordingly.
I come to this work after a career in technology, so in addition to academics, I have deep lived experience in work and office stressors, career counselling, and years of experience helping adults find their way back to themselves.
