Registered Massage Therapy: Your Path to Wellness
Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are regulated health professionals that are trained in orthopedic testing, muscle relaxation & treatment, & joint mobilization. Many have further training in specific techniques such as lymphatic drainage & Active Release Therapy (ART).
Our RMTs have a diverse focus and approach, which is targeted at decreasing pain, improving joint function and mobility, and getting you back to the freedom and activities you love. We are active, fun loving, and understand the burdens and stress from living in and around North Vancouver. We get it, and we aim to help our community at large to be healthy and active enough to enjoy the beautiful landscapes & opportunities in our own backyard.
