RMT, Instructor at Langara College
Harold is a graduate of the 3265 hour Registered Massage Therapist program at Langara College where he graduated with excellence. He is a former student athlete from Kwantlen college with a passion for sports, which fueled his aspirations to provide education to young athletes with a focus on injury prevention.
While his general practice covers treatment for many aspects of wellness, orthopedics, posture & ergonomics, injury and prevention, Harold holds a special interest in sport-related conditions and active rehabilitation. Harold enjoys teaching with the Langara College Registered Massage Therapy program, working with students in orthopedics and musculoskeletal anatomy to help build students key skills as they pertain to clinical practice as an RMT. Promoting patient education, in efforts to help them understand possible contributing factors to their symptoms and help patients manage their symptoms beyond treatment, are one of his approaches that his patients appreciate most.
Harold can often be seen playing basketball, bouldering, or out on the trails as he looks forward to running his second Tough Mudder.
